We reserve all ownership rights of the videos we post on the www.JasonSilvestri.com website, YouTube, MetaCafe, Viddler and/or any other media outlet we choose to use as our video rendering outlets.

All "Online Materials", on all www.JasonSilvestri.com websites, including, without limitation; services, products, text, software, names, logos, trademarks (such as You Must First Sell Yourself™), service marks, trade names, images, photos, illustrations, audio clips, video clips and music are copyrighted intellectual property, protected by the 17 U.S.C. § 512, Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and owned by www.JasonSilvestri.com & Jason Silvestri. Moreover, all "Online Materials" are federally protected by any applicable law set forth by the United States of America and any International laws thereof.
