My name is Jason Silvestri. I am a father of two, love music and enjoy supporting others in their dreams and goals - in and outside of the workplace.

As a business man, I use videography, graphic design, software technologies, social media and motivation to develop online brands that separate businesses from their competition. I consider myself a 360○ Leader; a person that can wear many hats and one who can deliver solution with a plethora of strategy that not only satisfies client initiatives, but also builds strong brand around my clients' businesses.

I use my experience in graphic design and software technologies to develop online brand solutions for elite businesses. I use motivation to help personal brands develop the confidence and support needed to sustain a personal brand online. I use videography and social media to create a unique, empathetic, talked-about-brand for myself. I use these same methods to help certain clients cultivate a similar brand message. I use the term "certain" because not all brands necessarily want an empathic brand strategy in place. Some simply want me to develop a brand that is genuine, cutting edge and relative to their marketplace. Conversely, some businesses such as Papa Gino's and Red Roof Inn understand the value in an empathetic brand and use this approach for customer service purposes. 

I am readily available to develop solutions for most online brands. I am, however, currently very interested in doing some business with companies in the entertainment industries; music, movies, ad agencies, etc. I like the active atmosphere in these places, and I feel my skills are valuable assets in these spaces at this time.
